Dr. Angelov, a physician board certified by the American Board of Holistic Medicine and previously board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, will examine and have a consultation with you to evaluate your current health status. This information is meant to give you a list of our most commonly utilized laboratory services and is by no means a comprehensive list of the services available from our office. If you have questions about our tests or feel you may need a particular test performed and would like to know more about it, please ask either myself or the case supervisor for help. |
What Would You Need To Bring With You?
It will be very helpful if, at the time of your visit, you have prepared description of your regular day including your diet. We will be covering both of these items during your visit, but your preparation will save some time. We need you to bring all of
the following items that you are now taking and have taken in the past:
Medications
Herbs
Supplements (herbal and otherwise)
Homeopathic remedies
Vitamins
Creams and lotions
Please bring all of the bottles and containers for the above items because just giving us the name, alone, will not necessarily be enough information for us to know the quality, quantity, and dosage of the different ingredients inside.
Also, bring any results of blood tests, x-rays, MRI and CT scans, etc., along with the names and telephone numbers of all the practitioners you have been working with; we like to coordinate the efforts of all the healers involved in your health.
