The TMS Program consists of:

1. Initial evaluation (60 minutes). Please, bring all medical information such as X-rays, MRI's, CT scans, and reports from different specialists. However, do not worry if obtaining records is a problem and you are unable to bring them with you.

2. Follow-up visits and group sessions.
